Are you ready to challenge your garden photography skills and have some fun?
The Foundation is pleased to offer three Creative Garden Photography workshops this summer.
After an introduction and discussion, we’ll head out to the garden to try out some new skills and a few fun tricks. Suitable for any/all skill levels and cameras (including phone cameras).

The virtual 2024 advanced education conference, Gardening in a Changing Climate, provides exceptional opportunities with high-quality classes and instructors. WSU Extension Master Gardeners earn continuing education hours improving their ability to teach sustainable horticulture skills across Washington.
The conference is open to the public.
Fall Clean-Up Bingo

We’ll use our fall clean-up bingo card to review the garden tasks to get done before winter.
Workshops are free and open to the public. No advance registration needed but space is limited at the Tumwater Library.
Master Gardeners are volunteers trained by Washington State University Extension to provide science-based information to home gardeners about best gardening practices.
Master Recycler Composter volunteers are trained on how to reduce waste and increase public awareness of opportunities to prevent waste, recycle and compost in Thurston County.
Our Foundation supports the efforts of both programs through fundraising, organizing educational events, managing demonstration gardens and more. Learn more about the Foundation by visiting the Get to Know Us page.
